issues of a chef

Hmmm…I’m going to tell you an issue you are going to face while in chef training program. Which would be cleaning the kitchen? Cleaning the kitchen is such a hassle there’s nothing fun about cleaning up the kitchen. The first thing you have to make sure of is that you’re in proper attire. You do not need designer clothes to clean you should wear old worn down clothes. Wearing True Religion jeans while using bleaching chemicals and glass stain could end badly. You would spend hundreds of dollars on pants and other clothing but when those chemicals touch them there’s your money going down the drain. The worst part of cleaning the kitchen would be the slackers. The slackers usually are the ones standing around looking and avoiding the work. While our teacher is helping and assisting others she’s distracted from the slackers and doesn’t notice them. While your busy busting your butt cleaning the kitchen their lingering around and are in the way. On top of all the cleaning and the chemical smells you face while cleaning the kitchen you can never forget about the slackers and their laziness. There’s nothing wrong with cleaning it’s just irritating when you don’t have your whole team working at it with you.
